1.Whisk together eggs, half-and-half, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Gently stir in kale and tomatoes
2. Heat a large 10 inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat and preheat broiler. Add egg mixture and stir gently to evenly distribute kale and tomatoes.
3. Sprinkle goat cheese evenly over frittata then reduce heat to medium-low and cook (do not stir!) about 6 minutes or until frittata is set at the edges of the skillet but still runny on top.
4. Place skillet in oven and broil for 2-4 minutes or until completely set and golden brown. Remove from oven, and let stand 2 to 3 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.
